United Health Group, via Assured Hospice (LHC Group), is seeking an After hours Registered Nurse to provide hospice care to patients and families after regular hours, including nights and weekends, across Washington.
You will triage needs by phone, perform initial nursing evaluations after referrals, and conduct after hours visits including admissions, death, recertification and routine visits, while addressing patients and families with compassion and professionalism.
