Base pay range: $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year

Hourly pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)

You'll be part of a talented team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility equipped with the best tools and technology, creating high‑quality custom millwork and architectural features.

• Learn to build assemble custom wood components — cabinetry, furniture, and architectural details
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, MDF, and specialty materials
• Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, planers, and CNC machines (training provided)
• Read shop drawings and work closely with designers and engineers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (any shop, construction, or trade background is a plus)
