Learn. Build. Grow.

If you take pride in hard work, want to learn a valuable trade, and are ready to build a long-term career, this opportunity is for you. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to be trained, grow their skills, and earn a great living while working on remarkable projects.

You don’t need prior woodworking experience — just reliability, a good attitude, and the desire to learn. You’ll be part of a talented team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility equipped with the best tools and technology, creating high-quality custom millwork and architectural features.

What You’ll Do:
  • Learn to build and assemble custom wood components — cabinetry, furniture, and architectural details.
  • Work with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, MDF, and specialty materials.
  • Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, planers, and CNC machines (training provided).
  • Read shop drawings and work closely with designers and engineers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What You Bring:
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in doing quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (any shop, construction, or trade background is a plus).
  • Desire to grow your career in a high‑quality, team‑oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $35 - $45/hour (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and short and long‑term disability benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid vacation: one week of paid time off (PTO) for full‑time employees who have completed one year of employment with I‑5 Design, and two weeks of PTO after completion of two or more years of employment.
  • Paid sick leave: accrual in accordance with state law (1 hour for every 40 hours worked)
  • 7 Paid holidays
  • A clean, professional shop with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
  • A supportive, experienced team that values excellence and growth.
  • Ability to earn performance bonuses based on strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive impact on projects – we hope you do!
