48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator to load and unload pallets, move materials, and keep production moving safely at our Lacey, WA facility. The role offers 1st shift hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm) with pay at $21.00 per hour and a range of benefits for eligible full-time employees.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of forklift experience and related warehouse exposure; you should be able to lift, stack, and transport materials in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
