Join MGA Homecare as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home health services across Washington counties, including Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom. You will provide high‑quality care to medically fragile patients in their homes.

  • Competitive weekly pay ranging from $45 to $55 per hour for RNs, dependent on experience and caseload.
  • No minimum weekly caseload/visits; one‑to‑one caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting nursing needs.
Qualifications
  • Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required).
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution, good organization, and effective communication.
  • Home health experience preferred (not required).
