RN - Care Manager

Description

The Care Manager RN utilizes in depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the registered nurse's scope of practice. This includes collaboration with other licensed health professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses. The Care Manager RN will work directly with physicians on issues related to care plans.

In collaboration with the medical staff and Oncology Administration, this position provides patient and family education, psychological support, social support and survivorship care planning throughout the continuum of care and services and beyond.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Experience in Oncology nursing.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
