Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Lacey, WA

Shift Details
  • Part‑time NOC shift;
    Sat‑Sun 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
  • Pediatric patient dependent on a G‑tube
  • At least 6 months of pediatric experience preferred
  • Pay rate range: $38/HR* (rate dependent on experience, skill level, and case assigned)

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
  • TB skin test – 2 step (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
  • Continuing education as required by state
