Urgent Care Veterinarian – Lacey, WA
A well-established, multi-doctor animal care practice is seeking a Veterinarian with an interest in urgent care medicine to join a collaborative clinical team. This role is ideal for doctors who enjoy fast-paced casework, real-time decision-making, and the ability to manage same-day medical needs with strong in‑house support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely medical care for urgent and same-day patient needs
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions
- Perform procedures aligned with individual skill level and training
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and outcomes
- Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Active state veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
- Interest in urgent care or same-day medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment
