• Ace Retail Operations: know the ins and outs of the store, manage pricing, inventory, opening and closing, keep it clean and organized, and ensure all famous styles are easily shoppable.

• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: power Customer Connection behaviors, deliver consistently top‑notch experiences, attentively serve customers, and ensure they find the styles and brands they crave.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate store manager directions.
• Skill in mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule to meet availability requirements (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours).
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height using proper equipment.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting for extended periods.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of general retail practices to keep operations smooth.
• Team player bringing enthusiasm and energy.
• Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate store manager plan.
• Train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours).
