Average annual salary: $40,000 to $64,000 (base hourly rate plus uncapped commission). Guaranteed ramp‑up rate during first 60 days.

Paid time off accrues each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave follows state law as applicable.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December and/or peak vacation periods.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University training within two weeks of official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required.
