Join our team at Signarama Lacey, where we create and install high-quality signs for businesses throughout Thurston County. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Installation & Production Associate to help bring designs to life and install them at customer sites. If you enjoy working with tools, take pride in quality workmanship, and like a mix of shop and field work, this could be the role for you!

• Produce and assemble signs using printers, cutters, vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and more
• Install graphics and non-electrical signs on vehicles, buildings, windows, and other surfaces
• Operate tools, ladders, and lifts safely and efficiently
• Work with teammates to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Provide professional, courteous service during customer installations

• Experience in sign making, printing, and construction trades is a plus – but we’re willing to train the right person
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and working at heights
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a team player
