- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming HVAC materials, parts, and equipment
- Stage and prepare materials for installation and service teams
- Assist with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Track inventory movement and report discrepancies
- Load/unload trucks using hand carts, dollies, and (if certified) forklifts
- Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites and technicians
- Document deliveries, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate materials handling
- Maintain delivery logs and communication with office or dispatch teams
- Support equipment returns, warranty pick-ups, and vendor deliveries
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and perform basic vehicle safety checks
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly (HVAC equipment, furnaces, AC units, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
- Basic understanding of tools, materials, and equipment used in HVAC (preferred but not required)
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained/certified)
- Comfortable using mobile apps for delivery confirmations or inventory tasks
