Client Success Representative

A growing property services organization is seeking a personable, organized Client Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships while coordinating diverse property services in an engaging outdoor environment.

Client Success Representative Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, property management, landscaping, horticulture, construction, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to weather conditions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management technology is a plus

Client Success Representative Preferred Background & Skills

  • Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or snow services
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
  • Exposure to construction, project coordination, or property management
  • Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are desirable

Client Success Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for approximately 10–30 residential and commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Coordinate landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, handyman services, and other client projects
  • Collaborate closely with field supervisors, crews, vendors, and subcontractors to schedule and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service updates to clients while identifying opportunities to expand services
  • Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, budgets, and work tickets
  • Proactively address client concerns, develop solutions, and ensure satisfaction with all services provided
This role is ideal for a positive, organized professional who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and working in an active, outdoor-focused setting. If you value client ownership and a hands-on approach over a purely transactional or corporate environment, this opportunity offers a rewarding path to grow your career in property services.JOB
