Key Qualifications- BSME and 10+ years of experience designing and leading design teams for building electrical systems
- Utility Interconnect Coordination
- Medium Voltage Power Distribution
- Cogeneration and Prime‑Rated Power Generation
- Stand‑by Power Generation and Distribution
- Uninterruptible Power Supply
- Photovoltaic Power (Full System Design and PPA Integration)
- Lighting Design Integration
- Fire Alarm
- Grounding and Lightning Protection
- Power Quality and Harmonic Analysis
- Short Circuit and Load Flow Studies (w/ SKM Systems Analysis and/or Easy Power)
- Arc Flash Analysis (w/ SKM Systems Analysis and/or Easy Power)
- Master Plan Development
- Utility Rebate Support
- Sustainable Design Including Support for Certifications – LEED, LBC, PHIUS, WELL
- Strong written and oral communication skills and client‑facing comfort
- 10+ years of experience with energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis for buildings and building systems (considered for energy‑focused positions)
- Professional Engineer (PE) required for electrical engineering positions; PE or CEM required for energy‑focused positions
