Located minutes from the lakes and mountains, Taylor Community seeks an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative leader to serve as Administrator for Meredith Bay Operations, overseeing both the Assisted Living program and the Director of Independent Living. This role provides overall operational, regulatory, and strategic leadership for both levels of care, ensuring high‑quality services, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate is a resident‑focused professional with strong operational expertise, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive community for residents.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living program in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure licensing, surveys, audits, and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
- Lead and support department heads and staff to promote quality care, safety, and resident well‑being.
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
- Direct operations of the Independent Living community, focusing on resident experience, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dining, maintenance, housekeeping, and life enrichment teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Support occupancy goals through resident retention, tours, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and resident‑centered care.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of life for older adults.
