Position will manage all aspects of Purchasing to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational operations.

• Negotiating, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases.
• Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing needs and market conditions.
• Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.

• Knowledge with Automated Manufacturing Systems (MRP – ERP).
• Self-motivated with strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• International Supply Chain Management experience.
• Experience in VMI.
• Seven years progressive management and supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, materials management, operations management or related field. APICS-Purchasing Certification a plus.
