• Sign‑on bonuses
  : $1,000 after 6 months, $2,000 after 1 year.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous manufacturing experience, knowledge of blueprints and precision instruments is a plus.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
