Location:
Laconia, NHPay: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour + shift premium
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 total ($1,000 at 6 months + $2,000 at 12 months)

Picture your first month on the floor at NHBB in Laconia. You’re learning how to run precision equipment, following clear procedures, and producing components built to exacting aerospace standards. No prior manufacturing experience? That’s okay—if you bring reliability, curiosity, and a strong work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll do Operate precision manufacturing machinery safely and accurately after training.
Produce components that meet strict specifications and quality criteria.
Monitor equipment and production flow, making adjustments as needed.
Inspect parts, flag defects, and maintain quality records.
Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures at all times.
What you bring
High School Diploma or GED.Consistent attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow standardized processes.
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Mechanical or hands-on aptitude is helpful but not required.
Shifts and premiums2nd
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM (+10% premium)3rd
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (+15% premium)
