Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will direct Supervisors and frontline teams to align resources with customer demand and business priorities.
You will drive Lean initiatives, develop leadership, monitor KPIs such as safety, on-time delivery, productivity and inventory, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
