Per Diem Positions Available

RN/LPN

RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.

LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.

Base plus $4.00 an hour

Weekday Differentials: +$2/hr. for 2nd shift and $5/hr. for 3rd shift

Weekend Differentials: $2/hr. for first shift, $3/hr. for 2nd shift and $6.50/hr. for 3rd shift

Flexible Scheduling:
Supportive of work/life balance with flexible shifts and scheduling.

• Comprehensive Care:
  Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
• Care Coordination:
  Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
• Supervision:
  Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
