no prior experience required
! This is a unique opportunity to learn a skilled trade while earning a paycheck. Our structured 4-year apprenticeship program provides paid on-the-job training, paid education, and mentorship from experienced professionals. At the end of the program, you’ll be a fully certified HVAC technician with a rewarding career ahead.

• Learn the HVAC trade through hands-on experience and formal training
• Assist with installations, maintenance and repairs in residential homes
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and learn to offer efficient solutions
• Ensure safety and code compliance in all work
• Represent Heritage’s values in every customer interaction

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Prior job stability
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven job stability in prior roles
• Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
