Responsibilities include:

Physical inspection of IT equipment for visual alarms to facilitate hardware troubleshooting.

Unmounting and remounting existing IT equipment to resolve hardware issues.

Escorting OEM field engineers to support new or replacement IT hardware devices.

Deploying and testing device implementation according to standard configurations and procedures.

Performing equipment and software IMACDs and re-installations as per service requests and policies.

Conducting data and application migrations due to IMACDs and re-installations.

Performing onsite decommissioning services or shipping devices to designated quarantine locations for reuse, disposal, or return.

Estimated hours: 8-16 hours monthly.
