This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and working alongside a team of sales representatives in the field while driving new business growth, accountability, and performance. The ideal candidate brings successful sales leadership experience, a passion for developing people, and a track record of building high-performing teams in a business-to-business sales environment.
