Warehouse Material Handler

Position Description

Temporary Warehouse Material Handler (Immediate Hiring) – Ryder, Ladson, South Carolina

Pay: $19.00 per hour (overtime $28.50).

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00 am‑2:30 pm. Work is paid weekly and includes on‑job training, safety gear, and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive, and cycle‑count products.
• Operate standard reach forklift and tugger.
• Maintain accurate paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and fulfill other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid forklift operator’s license, certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• High level of initiative, accuracy, and attendance.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
