Job Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Assemble, wash, and pack small parts; provide final inspection before shipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Mark and pack parts per instructions
Assemble parts per instruction
Operate and maintain wash line
Prioritize workload
Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and notify supervisor/lead/planner when reorder is required
Operate computer and other electronic equipment
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Perform general shop duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
Self-directed and self-motivated
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to stand for two+ hours continuously
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
Ability to communicate in an effective manner
Excellent motor skills/dexterity
