The Senior Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing activities and go-to-market strategies. This high-visibility role will develop and execute effective marketing strategies, create and launch successful product positioning, pricing, and promotional market analysis in a manufacturing setting.
This is a hands‑on leadership position with a strong need to balance the strategic with the tactical while collaborating in a matrixed organization. The role will hold a seat on the Regional Management Team and work on overall business strategy and lead the local team.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-impact marketing plans to increase top and bottom line performance of products
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for existing and new product lines
- Develop an end‑user promotional and awareness strategy
- Proactively build partnership with Territory Sales Managers, Training Department and Manufacturers Reps to deploy effective product campaign successes in all channels/applications
- Develop and analyze product launches for successful product marketing and brand awareness strategies
- Coordinate and manage the eCommerce strategy
- Manage third‑party marketing services effectively
- With the Pricing team, develop and analyze price comparisons of competitive products
- Lead day‑to‑day management and delivery of digital marketing programs
- Drive execution and innovation of marketing launches throughout all phases including development, design, launch, and evaluation
- CRM ownership and deployment
- Develop and communicate key marketing performance metrics, analysis tools and relevant dashboards
- Analyze, measure, and execute ROI on marketing programs to drive sales and revenue growth
- Plan and execute trade shows: develop comprehensive event strategies, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, oversee logistics and ensure seamless execution from start to finish and lead‑generation follow‑up
- Improve brand awareness and own end‑to‑end positioning in the marketplace (brand identity, content strategy, etc.)
- Responsible for developing and adhering to departmental budgets
- Provide leadership and insights, support strategic objectives, and be a hands‑on member of the team
- Align Marketing Department activities with company goals and strategic direction, as well with the company’s corporate values
- 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and communication strategies with a focus on B2B
- 5+ years’ experience in pumps, PFV, PHCP in a product and marketing setting
- 5+ years experience developing GTM product strategies
- Experience with pumps, groundwater drilling, water treatment, irrigation, rainwater, pool/pond, sewage, HVAC or plumbing is a must
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics setting including Teams, Planner, CRM
- Demonstrated success working in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all levels internally and externally
- Ability and desire to teach, coach and mentor
- Excellent research skills desirable
- Experience with building a team
- Understanding and experience managing 3rd‑party freelancers on a project basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects
- Experienced in writing and developing marketing proposals, quotes, and reports
- Experienced in database management, brand management and marketing analytics
- Experience working with a European entity is a big plus
- 30% overnight travel to dealers, distributors, customers, events, trade shows, and other business‑related meetings. Travel can vary by season.
- International travel to Italy to visit company HQ and production sites once or twice per year
