As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM and Saturday 7:00–12:00 PM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare stores for the festive demand.
• Participate in department resets and set up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
