In-Home Sales Representative – Paid Training
West Shore Home is building the first nationwide home remodeling brand. Join our award‑winning team as a sales rep who will complete pre‑set appointments and receive an uncapped base salary and commission.
LocationLadson, SC
CompensationBase salary plus uncapped commission (potential earnings > $200K).
Schedule- Monthly rotating schedule:
Month 1–2 – Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM;
Month 3–4 – Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM;
Saturdays, 9 AM – 2 PM. - Each appointment lasts ~2 hours.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
- Conduct on‑site home remodeling sales using a one‑call close process.
- Lead clients through a highly personalized, interactive sales experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Quickly connect with customers in any environment.
- Competitive drive with a strong desire to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience preferred; recent graduates and retail/hospitality experience also acceptable.
- Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into systems with two‑factor authentication.
