Apartment Maintenance Supervisor – Coopers Ridge

Tribute Companies is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Cooper's Ridge Apartments (Ladson, SC).

Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $33.00/hr

• Oversee daily operations: manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, focusing on quality and timely completion.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to maintain company standards and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
• Inspect new units, determine make‑ready needs, and ensure quality turn‑aways for new residents.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to keep equipment and building systems operating optimally.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents and team members.

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management; prior leadership in a multi‑family environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools; can lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Highly organized, proactive, solution‑oriented, committed to resident satisfaction.
