We are seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a leading outpatient primary care medical home platform in Lady Lake, Florida.

- Play a pivotal role in one of Central Florida's fastest-growing healthcare organizations, focused on delivering exceptional care to the senior community.
- Join a collaborative team that emphasizes preventative care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Build strong relationships with your patients, providing comprehensive primary care services in a supportive and compassionate environment.
- Be part of a team that continuously seeks new ways to improve patient outcomes and the overall healthcare experience.
- We encourage your ideas and provide the resources to help you implement positive change.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
- Focus on delivering high-quality care, with an average of 10-15 patients per day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with each individual.

Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida License
