Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals.



Job Description

Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.



Job Duties

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing major appliances.
• Switches, Outlets, and light fixtures repair and replacement.
• Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
• Assist in renovation projects Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community

Job Qualifications

• Must have your own tools 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
• Work well in a team environment
• Have a strong work ethic Be reliable and dependable
