Class A Driver

RCS Industrial & Environmental is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated route position.

The Class A CDL Driver will operate tractor-trailer equipment on a dedicated route between a solidification facility and a designated landfill site. This position involves both driving and operational responsibilities at the landfill location.

• Pick up loads at the solidification facility
• Safely transport loads to the designated landfill
• Weigh in and out at the landfill scale
• Pull trailer onto the landfill tipper
• Detach trailer and lower landing gear properly
• Operate the tipper to safely dump the load
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety policies
• Work safely in various weather and outdoor conditions

• Valid Class A CDL (required)
• Must be able to safely operate Manual transmission truck

• Must have 3 years of CDL driving experience.
• Must have Tanker endorsement.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate landfill tipper equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to trailer detachment and equipment operation
