Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite After 90-Day Probationary Period)
Compensation: Up to $98,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Firm:
Our client is a prestigious and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in Lafayette, California, known for its success in complex, high-value litigation. With a legacy of advocacy and results, the firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support its legal team in delivering exceptional representation to injured clients.
Position Summary:
The Litigation Paralegal will work alongside experienced trial attorneys, providing critical support in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom logistics. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in managing complex casework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and pretrial filings.
- Conduct thorough legal and factual research to support case development.
- Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
- Coordinate with experts, clients, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, and trial.
- Handle e-filing in both California state and federal courts.
- Track and maintain accurate billable hours in accordance with firm policy.
- Use legal technology tools to manage large volumes of case data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in plaintiff-side personal injury and/or complex litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in trial preparation and courtroom support.
- Proficient with legal software and case management systems (e.g., Trial Director, Relativity, Clio).
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong organization, communication, and time management abilities.
- Ability to meet billable hour requirements.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferred.
- Salary: Up to $98,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
