Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Client Services for a well‑respected, growing fiduciary services organization dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable support to clients and their families. This onsite opportunity is based in the Greater Bay Area.
Position OverviewThis leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a collaborative fiduciary team while managing a meaningful book of trust and estate clients. The Team Leader will ensure high‑quality service delivery, provide supportive oversight to staff, and contribute to organizational growth and community outreach. - Oversee a diverse book of trust and estate clients while ensuring all activities align with trust documents and organizational policies

- Build and nurture relationships with professional partners through consistent outreach, representation at community events, and participation in industry meetings
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource in trust administration while promoting equitable and client‑centered practices
- Contribute to the long‑term success and visibility of the organization through thoughtful stewardship and relationship building
- Experience in trust and estate administration, fiduciary services, or related client‑serving roles
- Certification such as CTFA or willingness to pursue fiduciary licensure (CLPF) with organizational support
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor team members in a supportive, collaborative manner
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and professional partners
- Ability to navigate complex client needs with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
This role offers a competitive salary range of $160‑$180 K, along with a monthly stipend to cover medical premium, fully employer‑paid dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) match.
