Sales Development Representative

Pay Range

Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Commission

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

• Adhere to weekly rotation - this is a list of existing salons and prospective salons that are required to be seen each day the employee is in the field
• Visit salon owners and stylists to prospect, expand and cultivate business
• Sample salons new products and track these results
• Capture new business and promote the Resource Center
• Generate salon orders and upsell products, new brands and education
• Devise captivating presentations to inform and educate clients about products and services available
• Develop strong relationships with client base to help them grow and prosper
• Possible attendance at sales meetings
• Track sales goals daily to ensure you are on target to reach your goal
• Provide sales and product support to clients within Resource Centers
• Assist with orders and account maintenance
• Opening and closing responsibilities of Resource Center
• Manage store inventory, and merchandising needs
• General maintenance of store appearance.
• Assist with event planning, set up, execution, and clean up

• 2 years previous sales experience
• 2 years previous customer service experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to safely lift and move 30lb boxes
