Office Assistant (Lafayette)

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are a leading water well service company specializing in domestic and commercial water pumping systems and water treatment service/installation.

Boulder Water Well restores residential pumps and tanks to ensure water systems are operating at peak efficiency. We care about our neighbors and aim to be the Front Range's go-to business for all residential and commercial water pump and tank installation or repair. Since 1974, we have been your water well service experts, family‑owned and locally operated, providing exceptional service to the community.

Our services include repair and installation of groundwater pumping systems for agricultural businesses, along with water treatment options for local governments, municipalities, and hydroponic systems.

Position Overview

Assist with administrative tasks for the field service team, including data entry, scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry of invoices, work orders, bills, and related documents.
  • Scheduling technicians using Google Calendar and Intuit Field Services.
  • Dispatching technicians to job sites.
  • Collecting payments and recording transactions in Quick Books; making deposits using a check scanner.
  • Answering phones, contacting customers via phone or e‑mail.
  • Assisting walk‑in customers.
  • Making collection calls as needed.
  • Distributing mail.
  • Preparing Word, Excel, and PDF documents.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree.
  • Strong computer skills with Quick Books Enterprise, Intuit Field Service Management, Microsoft Office, and Google Calendar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess good problem‑solving skills.
