We’re looking for a
** detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator

* What You’ll Do:

*** Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)
* Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects
* Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery
* Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs
* Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
* Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success

* What You Bring:

*** 2-3 years of experience in single-family, multi-family or commercial construction estimating
* Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs
* Familiarity with Planswift, Timberline, Bluebeam or Excel for estimating
* Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes
* Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities

* ** Hourly/Salary Pay Range:** $25-35/hr  dependent on experience Bonus/Incentive Pay:
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
