About this roleYou will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Good Samaritan Hospital where you will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients.
- Practice at our Lafayette Clinic and perform surgeries at Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO
- 5‑day work week, M‑F with 1:4 call at one of our Intermountain trauma centers
- Practice consists of ~30% cranial and 70% spine cases
- Growing primary‑care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group
Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of $875,000 plus a wRVU incentive. We also offer a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $20,000 relocation bonus if applicable.

What you’ll bring- MD/DO education
- Current unrestricted CO license or ability to obtain, required
- Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, required
- Will consider newly graduated Neurosurgery residents
- Trained in both brain and spine surgeries, required
