Radiation Oncology Physician. Join a nationally recognized health system dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible.
As a Radiation Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will develop personalized treatment plans, determine appropriate radiation doses, oversee the treatment process, and manage potential side effects.
Responsibilities- Four clinic days per week and low burden call structure.
- Practice at Intermountain Health:
St. Joseph Hospital and/or Good Samaritan Hospital. - Join a well-respected, established group of Oncology providers.
- Provide Oncology care as part of a regional practice with supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.
- Competitive compensation: $570,000 plus potential to earn more with a production incentive.
- Incentives:
$25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable). - EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).
- Mentorship, leadership opportunities, program expansion, professional growth, and program support; great team dynamic.
- World-class treatment planning and delivery hardware at Good Samaritan and Saint Joseph Hospitals, including Varian True Beam with SD MLC and Edge with HD MLC.
- Advanced SGRT functionality with Vision
RT on all linacs; plans to add Hyper Site and/or Rapid Arc Dynamic at both sites in the next five years. Eclipse with Hyper Arc, MCO, Rapid Plan, and Radformation software for planning. - Centralized Physics and Dosimetry teams supporting a wide range of procedures, including SRS, SBRT, real-time fiducial tracking, and gated breath hold delivery.
- Saint Joseph Hospital offers brachytherapy/OR suite with anesthesia capabilities and HDR procedures.

Your qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Residency or Fellowship in Radiation Oncology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health s credentialing process.
- Radiation Oncology experience; passion for the specialty.
