As a General Surgeon at Good Sam, you'll work with a team of providers that puts patients first! Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other specialties, and excellent support staff! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

• Competitive Compensation: $430,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
• Quality Incentive: up to $10,000
• Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus and up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable).
• We're also PSLF eligible!
• You would practice at our Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette.
• You would be joining a well-respected, established group.
• Extended program includes 3 experienced surgical APP's who provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic.
• EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).
• Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic!

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency/fellowship trained in general surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
• Passion for general surgery.
