We are looking to hire multiple Algorithm Development Engineers to design, prototype and optimize mission algorithms for radar, IFF, and sensor systems on a Tactical Mission Systems program. You would implement algorithms in MATLAB & Python, then transition them into C++ for integration as well as support analysis, performance validation and modeling activities.

• Design, prototype and optimize mission algorithms for radar, IFF, and sensor systems on a Tactical Mission Systems program.
• Implement algorithms in MATLAB & Python, then transition to C++ for integration.
• Support analysis, performance validation and modeling activities.

• Clearance: Secret, TS/SCI Preferred
• Years of experience: 5
• Required Skills: MATLAB, Python, C++ implementation, Radar DSP
• Nice to Have skills: Tracking filters, Detection algorithms, Kalman filtering, Time-frequency analysis, FFT / spectral processing, Machine learning (optional)

Work Schedule:

3 days in office

Salary: a range of $110,000 to $290,000 per year, reflecting breadth of experience.
