We are seeking a Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish) to provide high-quality mental health services to our diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. This position is 32 hours per week.

• Provide evidence-based mental health services in a community outpatient setting.
• Work with children who would not otherwise access care, in collaboration with an outpatient team.
• Develop expertise in modalities such as MI, SFBT, TF-CBT, DBT, AF-CBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Support self-care needs in a flexible schedule and trauma-focused program offerings.
• Report to the Longmont Manager of Child/Adolescent Outpatient Services; participate in team and leadership communications.

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
• One or more years of experience in a clinical environment
• Experience with play therapy and interest in working with younger children
• Familiarity with working within child welfare and school systems
• Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
• Within 24 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
• Collaborative and client-centered experience
• Experience using Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
• Background and desire to work with children, adolescents and families dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety

We have a full-time, 40 hrs/week position that requires bilingual Spanish and a .8 FTE, 32 hrs/week, that does not require Spanish.
