Ideal candidates will have:

• HHHA or CNA certification is preferred
• If not CNA/ HHA certified, a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on caregiving experience is required
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and valid Driver’s License - (Some clients may need transportation services for which we reimburse mileage)
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB Results from within last 12 months.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Dementia or Alzheimer's experience a plus.
• Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate integrity and compassion.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability.
