Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr (W2)
Seeking an entry-level Software Support Engineer to join the Acute Care & Monitoring (AC&M) group supporting patient monitoring and remote connectivity products. This customer-facing role serves as Tier 3 R&D support, investigating field issues, identifying root causes, and assisting with software fixes and updates. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and professionalism for direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve field issues related to AC&M products.
- Collaborate with R&D and field service teams to document and communicate findings.
- Provide code fixes, support for the cloud-based demo environment, and configuration guidance to customers.
- Participate in product installs, upgrades, and beta/pilot efforts.
- Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) for troubleshooting and support.
- Proficiency in C# or a similar programming language.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Understanding of networking concepts and system troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Entry-level (0–2 years) professional experience.
