We are seeking a highly motivated person to join and lead our Warehouse team and contribute their skills to help improve the efficiency of the team. This position will require working Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Materials and Logistics department, including direct oversight of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations. The Warehouse Supervisor provides strong operational leadership while driving and sustaining change initiatives that improve safety, service, cost, and efficiency. This role requires the ability to lead teams through process changes, system implementations and organizational transitions by effectively communicating expectations, gaining employee engagement, and reinforcing accountability.

A continuous improvement mindset, strong change management capabilities, and working knowledge of regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment are essential for success.

Key

Job Duties
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a small team to achieve departmental and organizational warehouse goals. Provide direction through effective work planning, task prioritization, and thoughtful delegation while developing employee capabilities and accountability. Manage workforce planning activities including timekeeping oversight, vacation and time‑off coordination, scheduling of regular and overtime hours, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Implement KPIs for the warehouse for overall utilization, inventory accuracy %, cycle count accuracy, system transaction accuracy, and on‑time shipping completion.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for warehouse‑related systems and processes. Ensure effective and consistent utilization of Business Central (ERP), Redzone, Microsoft Teams, and other operational systems to support inventory accuracy, warehouse execution, reporting, and communication.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally, and respectfully with management, personnel, suppliers, vendors, and contractors across all locations to ensure alignment on processes, expectations, and priorities. Partner with other leaders to drive global process consistency while remaining attentive to local operational needs.
  • Assure employees meet GMPs, safety, quality, and company standards within the department.
  • Manage all aspects of inventory activity including ensuring that data entry of pulls and returns, cycle counts, year‑end physical and client‑owned inventory is complete and accurate. Ensure that robust processes are in place and adhered to maintain raw materials and packaging materials at adequate stock levels.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including material pulls, staging, and deliveries to support production and packaging. Resolve material discrepancies and coordinate with production and packaging to ensure accurate and timely material flow.
  • Represent the department during facility audits and inspections.
  • Perform all other special projects or duties as assigned.

Work Experience and Education Requirements
  • Degree, high school diploma, or GED.
