As a Shift Leader, you work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the tone of the shift, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will open and close the store independently, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Many General Managers began their careers as Shift Leaders, and this role offers opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and set a positive morale tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain the quality of food and beverages served.
• Ensure the store environment is safe and clean.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check as applicable.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

$14.57 – $21.86 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably expects to pay for such a position.
