Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour

Additional Compensation: Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Employees are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods of time.
