Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025. I’ve been with State Farm since 2012 and lead a team of six—three in‑office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401 K match, and snacks. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Hughes – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
