Overview

Lucid Audio Video is an AVL+IT systems integrator that works with churches in Colorado and across the USA. Our strength is in permanently installed performance audio, theatrical lighting, and broadcast video. Our projects range from individual system upgrades to full facility technology stacks that include AVL, wifi, security, and acoustics.

We are growing and are looking for 2 technicians to join our install team. If hired, you will work directly with our install choreographer and project owners in the service and deployment of audio, video, lighting, acoustics, and IT network systems.

The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, spatial awareness, and understand signal flow. They will have a desire to work hard and reap the benefits of a job well done. Adaptability to different working conditions and locations is essential while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. They will take ownership of their work, including testing and verifying that it meets or exceeds Lucid and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment
• Perform low voltage wiring, terminations, and testing
• Lift, move, and transport equipment and tools with precision and safety
• Read and interpret schematics for system installation
• Follow Lucid standards, drawings, and manufacturer instructions
• Arrive on time and ready to work whether at the office, job site, or hotel lobby
• Collaborate with the team for project success and completion
• Communicate early and often as challenges are met and provide solutions
• Follow through every task and project to completion

Experience

• 1 to 3 years experience in audiovisual system installation and/or operation
• Experience troubleshooting AV systems is a plus
• Familiarity with telecommunication systems is a plus
