As a Senior Maintenance Technician at The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach Apartment Homes and Townhomes, a prestigious 510‑unit garden‑style community located in Southeast Aurora, you will play a vital role on our property maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and preserving a multi‑million dollar luxury community to ensure an outstanding living experience for residents.
• Utilizing advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems.
• Building strong relationships with residents and addressing general maintenance issues (like appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) quickly and effectively.
• Assisting the Service Supervisor with preparing make‑ready schedules and inspecting all make‑ready units to ensure they are in top condition for prospective residents.
• Ordering supplies and equipment from approved vendors as needed.
• Helping maintain excellent curb appeal at the property.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications are preferred (can be obtained after hire).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills and a willingness to be on call when necessary.

Pay Range: $23.07 - $25.53 per hour. This range is approximate and can vary based on experience and qualifications.
